Is the free version a trial?
No. It is a complete, smaller product. It has no time limit, no form count limit and no submission count limit, and the features it ships will stay free.
What happens if I stop paying for Pro?
The free plugin keeps working, with every form and every submission intact. An expired licence stops updates to the Pro add-on — nothing else.
Does it really work without JavaScript?
Yes. Submission, validation, error display and confirmation all have a plain-HTML path that is covered by automated tests. Multi-step forms fall back to one page per step.
Where is my data stored?
In your own WordPress database, on your own hosting. SolisForms sends nothing anywhere. There is no external service in the submission path, including for anti-spam.
Is Pro a separate plugin?
Yes. SolisForms Pro installs alongside the free plugin and extends it. You can deactivate it at any time without touching your forms.
How many sites does a licence cover?
Solo covers one site, Studio five, Agency an unlimited number. A licence counts sites, not people, and expiring deprives you of updates — of nothing else.
Can I get a refund?
Fourteen days, no questions asked. Payments and licences are handled by Freemius.
Can I extend it myself?
Yes. The plugin exposes documented hooks and an add-on registration point, both in PHP and in the JavaScript builder. The extension points page lists them.
