Pro
Nine templates ship with the free plugin, five more with SolisForms Pro — the last five use the calculated, repeatable and payment fields, which is why they cannot be free.
A template is a starting point, not a frame.
Nothing in it is locked. A template lays down fields, labels and validations that are plausible for its use case; from there it is reworked with the same tools as any form built from scratch.
- Add, remove and reorder the fields, from the keyboard included
- Conditional logic on their visibility
- Split into steps, with a progress bar
- Notifications, confirmation, anti-spam
Three moves, and it is your form
From picking the template to reusing it on another site.
Pick
In the SolisForms menu, click Add. All fifteen templates are there, next to the blank form.
Edit
A template is only a starting point: everything in it stays editable — the fields, their order, their labels, their validations.
Reuse
Export produces a JSON file, and the import form recreates a form from such a file — including one from another site.
They use fields the free version does not have
Quote request, quote with payment, simple payment, group registration, satisfaction survey: those five rest on the calculated field, the repeatable group and the payment field.
This is not a commercial carve-up: a template whose fields do not exist would open onto a broken form. The other nine use only fields from the free version, and will stay free.
